They then exposed the taxpayer to continue paying year-in, year-out, and we do not see the benefits. It is close to the ambulances for the Linda Mama P roject. Some of them stalled and did not work, and the counties never requested for them. This is serious and, as Members have said, we do not need just a Statement. We need an Ad hoc Committee to do a forensic audit, so that those who are culpable are brought to book, taken to court and put behind bars."}
