I also want to say that the Ministry of Roads is providing professional advice through their engineers on the construction of this road. I toured this road together with the Minister for Roads who was then hon. Chris Obure. I agree that it has taken very long, but I want to say that before this money was allocated during the last financial year, the project had stalled because there was no proper arrangement. I appreciate that there are challenges, but I want to confirm to the hon. Member that we are serious about doing the road."}
