(2) Recommends that Legal Notice No. 4 of 2019, which recognises cut KUTRRH as a stand-alone parastatal, be revoked. (3) THAT, the KUTRRH be reverted to a university hospital for use by the students in the College of Health Sciences. Now, hon.
