The NYS people, because they are not like the contractors from the Ministry of Roads--- But I think in my previous answer I mentioned that this construction is supervised by engineers from the Ministry of Roads. I want to confirm that even these young people who are doing this road have undergone training. So, they are part of the people that we want to show--- They are committed; they work from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. in the evening whereas other contractors from other places work up to 5.00 p.m. These people are committed and I want to assure the hon. Member that this road will be done and the people of Tana Delta will not regret. I want to confirm that we, in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, actually have decided to go there this coming week to confirm for ourselves. I also want to confirm to the hon. Member that seriousness is being exercised."}
