We have the issue concerning the welfare of our security forces. I am using the word “security” deliberately and not “police”. Our security forces as a whole are totally neglected in this country, yet they are the symbol of the State. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, above you is the Coat-of-Arms. It is not placed on your body. If you go to our courtrooms, the Coat-of-Arms is not placed on the body of the judge, it is placed above the judge. If you go to the State House, the Coat-of Arms is not placed on the body of the President, it is placed above the President, for none of them qualifies to wear the Coat-of-Arms. The only people who qualify to wear the Coat-of- Arms are security officers."}
