It is good for people to have at least a university degree. However, when you move on and say one should have some knowledge of at least seven years’ experience in all these, as somebody from a gold mining community, it concerns me. We might run the risk that in my community, you might not have somebody with the experience. They may have a degree, but without experience. Therefore, we will be locked out and the Bill will not have achieved its purpose."}
