However, the situation has improved with the disbursement of funds from the World Bank’s Development Policy Operations Facility this week. Two, the NGAAF was allocated a budget of Ksh2.13 billion in the 2022/2023 Financial Year. The National Treasury has so far released 50 per cent of this allocation. That is an amount of Ksh1.065 billion. It is in the process of disbursing a balance of Ksh1.065 billion, constituting the balance of 50 per cent, before the end of this financial year. As I said, that will begin with disbursements tomorrow and Tuesday, next week."}
