I do not know whether the complaints were of a magnitude to warrant drastic action being taken. The word “magnitude” is a subjective word. Somebody can do something and get away with it while another one will do half of that and not get away with it. So, that is a subjective word. I cannot say that the nature of the complaints was of this magnitude or grave to the extent that action had to be taken."}
