Mr. Kioni has repeatedly suggested that the Cabinet is disagreeing here on a matter which they have agreed on somewhere. I would have thought that they had some facts to suggest that on this matter, which we are now discussing, there was a Cabinet decision and that the Cabinet decision says that we will re-appoint â in the words of the notice â Justice Ringera, and that we have now come here to oppose that position. If they did that, we would have understood it. However, to suggest that merely because I am a Cabinet Minister, I must support whatever is done---"}
