The Bill has a formula of taxation which is going to burden Kenyans and increase the cost of living. Hon. Speaker, increasing the Fuel Levy to 16 per cent means that the cost of production and transport will go up. It will also affect agriculture because it depends on machinery which depends on diesel and petrol power."}
