If we need to put a stop to this, the “imperial” Executive, an Executive that has no respect for Parliament, has to be told that it has to toe the line. I listened very carefully to the Mover of the Motion, who talked with a lot of honour and a lot of motherly advice. She advised us to show respect to the President but I would advise her equally – to kindly go and advise the Executive to respect Parliament and the people of Kenya."}
