I confirm that, indeed, we found these two candidates suitable for the position of Commissioner of JSC. Hon. Rutto, as a former Governor, seasoned civil servant, and a person who has served this country at different levels is, indeed, highly qualified to be a Commissioner of JSC. He brings with him a wealth of experience and will guide and help this country on matters justice. We will be in a good position by having the nominee as a member of JSC.
