At the outset, I would like to express my support for the appointment of the two persons to the JSC. I have read the Report, but I know more about Hon. Isaac Rutto. Much as he is independent-minded, this person believes in a consultative approach to issues. I believe that special attribute will make Hon. Isaac Rutto an asset in the delivery of justice in this country. My colleagues have mentioned the rest. With those few remarks, I beg to support the Motion and give opportunity to my colleagues to also say something."}
