May I urge hon. Members that wherever we will be, may we continue to be robust participants in that process. This is also a good opportunity for us to engage in disaster preparedness because the Department of Meteorology has warned us in advance of impending El Nino and as I prepare myself to roll up my sleeves and my trousers to head to Budalang’i and prepare for this El Nino phenomenon. I want to send a message of good will to all my colleagues and all Kenyans in the hope that we shall be found prepared when this El Nino hits the country."}
