I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to this August House because I got the summons slightly over two months ago. However, due to the nature of my work, I have been traveling not for leisure or tourism but with the aim of assisting our country to open new market frontiers for our goods and services. I have also been working with partner countries to attract foreign investment which is required to get our country and economy moving again."}
