Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Minister for that answer and draw his attention to the fact that under part “a” of the Question, he has mentioned the fact that the Government recognises that the residents of the area are of low income status. Under part “b” of the Question, he goes on to say that the work of surveying land be undertaken by private surveyors. Could the Minister consider undertaking the survey of this land under a special programme and, therefore, fund it to the extent that he has acknowledged the low income status of the residents of this area?"}
