On 9th September, while I was away on official duty, the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs, while contributing to debate on the Floor of the House, tabled a list of Ministers, Members of Parliament, Permanent Secretaries and other senior Government officers whom he claimed were under investigation by the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC). On the list, appears my name although he provided no documents that could pass the test of admissibility of documents in the House. I feel that I must clear my name, because this information is already in the public domain."}
