What the Chairman is saying is not in the amendment he is talking about of raising the threshold to a minimum of Ksh1million, unless I have a different Order Paper. I can see it is not expected to exceed Ksh50 million and substituting therefore the following words ‘does not exceed Ksh25 million.’ So, the upper limit is being amended but I do not see the minimum Ksh1 million he is talking about anywhere. Unless I have a different Order Paper."}
