As I said, those reports are filed away and all our recommendations on how to move away from commercial debt to more long-term concessional loans are not followed. I am happy that the National Treasury is now deliberating on an intent to move away from these expensive commercial and short-term loans to long-term concessional loans. Concessional loans...
