Kapsabet Town has a raw sewer running along the road. I have done investigations and realized that the septic tank that was erected some years back is small and can no longer handle the entire sewer system. I would like the Cabinet Secretary to do her investigations so that when she appears next time, she will be able to respond. Thank you."}
