Member’s proposal is right. In that instance, in my own judgment, the hospital must be held responsible for the loss of limp of a patient. The Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board should cap upfront in their report, not only to recommend compensation, but future penalties in case negligence is proved. This is a case that I should take up with the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board and report to the House accordingly."}
