I thank the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation and also the Permanent Secretary together with the engineers who I can see there. The last visit we had in Kirinyaga, we went to Mwea Irrigation Scheme. The team was dedicated from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and we covered a lot of ground. We met the farmers and even had time to harvest some rice, and it was a good experience. The people of Kirinyaga are happy about that. Therefore, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to thank the Cabinet Secretary’s office and the whole team for work well done. I thank you."}
