Article 21 (3) recognises several vulnerable groups in our society whose rights should be recognised and protected. I am talking about a small section of our society; the women, the elderly members of our society, Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), children and youth. This Motion relates to members of minority and marginalised communities in our country."}
