Wanjala, I just want to bring to your attention Standing Order 107, which talks about disorderly conduct. It says a Member commits an act of gross disorderly conduct if the Member creates actual disorder, knowingly raises a false point of order, unnecessarily interrupts the proceedings, et cetera . It goes on to say that the Speaker may call a Member whose conduct is disorderly to order and caution the Member or order the Member to withdraw from the precincts of the Assembly for a maximum of four days. Hon. Wanjala, you are hereby duly cautioned in accordance with Standing Order 107(2)(a). This is the last warning."}
