Atandi, which is on record, in the Hansard, that a Report of a Committee of this House is a cover up. We want to know the nature of this cover up. It has to be made very clear. I would like you to indulge Hon. Atandi to explain further how the Committee is getting involved in cover ups. How can a Committee of Parliament undertake cover ups on a serious matter like a Petition brought before it by a member of the public? It is an issue that we need to dispense with before we proceed to the next Order."}
