This is because in the Fifth, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth and Thirteenth Reports of Public Investments Committee (PIC), the same Minister was mentioned and was supposed to be a subject of investigation by the KACC. Could I know why the Minister is answering this question and yet he has not declared his interest? Further, is this question not arranged to pre-empt the Chair’s ruling to be done tomorrow?"}
