The Member for Mogotio Constituency just walked in very casually dressed in a manner that is not decent and that does not represent the manner in which Members should dress. Because, Hon. Temporary Speaker, you do not have eyes, I want to bring to your attention that the Member for Mogotio is inappropriately dressed. I seek your kind indulgence because this is not the precedent of Members elected in this House."}
