It is on an administrative matter. It is not a must that I get an answer here. It is about an outstanding issue in respect of which I have written several times to the Kenya Defence Forces but it has not been addressed. So, I request that after the answer, when I will be asking my supplementary question, I divert a bit and ask that question. It does not have to be answered here but it can be handled administratively."}
