I support the proposed similar amendment. We cannot hurry when we make laws to kill the law that is very pertinent to the spirit of our Constitution, like public participation. I said yesterday that we were hurrying the passage of this law, and it was to no good. I, therefore, support that the particular section be deleted as proposed."}
