I thank bodaboda riders in my own county, Vihiga, led by their chairman called Junior and the local chairman called Alex Oguya. They created a co-operative. Hon. Emaase, you can borrow from this. They were assisted by the governor and ourselves. The co-operative can lend the riders motorcycles instead of the riders getting motorcycles from other agencies that kill them."}
