I stand here to support the Motion with amendments. I beg to move:- THAT, the Motion be amended- (a)(i) by deleting the word “an” appearing between the words “establish” and “additional” on the sixth line; (ii) by deleting the word “and” appearing between the words “Western” and “Nyanza” on the seventh line; (iii) by deleting the word “Centre” appearing immediately after the word “Cooling” on the sixth line and substituting therefor the word “Centres”. (b) by adding the words “Nyandarua and Meru regions” immediately after the word “Provinces” at the end of the seventh line."}
