This is because, the vacancies for positions of chiefs and assistant chiefs occur on a daily basis for the reasons that I am going to provide. As the House is aware, our country is divided into eight regions, 47 counties, 378 sub-counties, 982 divisions, 3055 locations and 9045 sub-locations.
