So, who is the problem? Is it the Attorney-General or Justice Ringera? We have a problem of an Attorney-General who is like an absentee landlord. He only rushes to Kenya when there is a crisis to mislead the President. He has misled the President and allowed him to endorse somebody when this House has passed a law to ensure proper appointment of Government officials."}
