This is a Bill I introduced in the 11th Parliament, and we have gone through it. It is affecting a Department within the Ministry of Health, and we have proposals that we have tried as much as possible to accommodate from the Government. I think we need to move to the Committee of the whole House and prosecute the Bill because that will hasten the process. I do not think we need to go back to winnowing and then reschedule it again for the Committee of the whole House. That will be a longer process."}
