They should not just sit there and look at books to pronounce that ‘this money has been dispensed” when actually nothing has happened on the ground. In fact, in my opinion, the KENAO are responsible for the under-development of this country by not following up to ensure that the Government funds are utilised for what they are meant to do. I believe that this office needs a total overhaul and reform. This money that the KENAO has been allocated should be used purely for reforms."}
