It is that of representing people, legislature and oversight. I would urge consolidation of Vote 29 and Vote 28 in future so that the KENAO is part of Parliament. They should move completely out of the Treasury Building. I do not know why we expect them to perform when their bosses are the same people they are auditing. All the major scandals have been with the Ministry of Finance."}
