Member talked about sub-division of land. It is my view and with the training I have had, that not everybody must own a farm. In the rich countries, not every individual has a farm. Here, we insist on having a farm. You are employed as an engineer or a teacher somewhere, and you still insist on owning a farm. This is one of the failures we have in this country; that each and every individual must own a farm. The large scale farms which are the most economical to use for food production to make a country food secure were all sub-divided. The little plots that we have are not sustainable for agricultural production. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the chance to support."}
