Speaker, thank you for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to the issue of education. Narok North Constituency has really been hit by the shortage of teachers. I remember I brought a Question before this House three months ago asking the TSC to consider Narok North as a hardship area. I have not received any response from the TSC up to today while we have schools that have a population of about 600 pupils with two teachers. The neighbouring constituencies are beneficiaries of hardship allowances. I would like to know why I have not received any response from the TSC yet schools in my constituency are really understaffed. Teachers cannot deliver to pupils as they are supposed to."}
