Habaswein or Wajir South district has three secondary schools. They have a total number of 671 students as we speak and I have a copy of a paper initially provided by the Ministry of Education giving us the Kshs187,000 with an enrollment of only 380 students from my constituency. That money has not been distributed to date. I want to ask the Assistant Minister to tell us how we are going to share Kshs187,000 against a population of students totaling 671."}
