I think it would be very unfair for the Chair to give a ruling on a matter that deals with a rogue member of a political party. This will create a wrong impression. We want that letter. If it has to do with a political party, the Chair has ruled many times in the past that the Chair has no jurisdiction over party matters and they should not be dragged into the House."}
