Daniel Wanyama","speaker":null,"content":"THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended⎯ (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (e) and inserting the following new paragraph⎯ “(e) three persons, not being public officers appointed by the Cabinet Secretary, being persons with background in finance, law, betting and lotteries or business management, provided that⎯ (i) one shall represent persons with disabilities; and, (ii) one shall represent faith-based organisations. (b) in sub-clause 3 by inserting the words “based on satisfactory performance” immediately after the words “one further term of three years”. (c) by deleting sub-clause (4) and inserting the following new sub- clause⎯"}
