Daniel Wanyama","speaker":null,"content":"(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Board shall have power to — (a) control, supervise and administer the assets of the Authority in such manner as best promotes the purpose for which the Authority is established; (b) receive any grants, gifts, donations or endowments made to the Authority and make disbursements therefrom in accordance with the provisions of this Act; (c) conduct such investigations as may be necessary for the enforcement of this Act; (d) approve the opening, operation and closing of the bank accounts of the Authority with the approval of the National Treasury; (e) conduct such investigations as may be necessary for the implementation of the Act; (f) inquire into any complaint against a licensee; and, (g) undertake any activity necessary for the fulfilment of any of the functions of the Board."}
