(2) An application for a gambling permit shall be in such a manner as may be prescribed by the respective county government and shall be accompanied by— (a) the fee prescribed by the respective county government; (b) a licence issued by the Authority; and, (c) such other information as the county government may consider necessary for the determination of the application. (3) A county government shall grant a permit upon determining the suitability of the intended premises for which the application is made and considering the requirements set out in subsection (2). (4) A permit issued under this Act shall not be transferable."}
