First, this Bill is going to assist us in reducing the very big gap that has been there for a very long time. I like the way this Bill is framed. It is about the community. I think we are now going down there, where the people are. One of the specific areas I have seen here says that each county shall ensure that community health promoters are adequately supported to perform their functions, including training them, at least, once a year and providing them with working tools. Three, they will get stipends. Four, supervision. I think we are now there. I want to say here that this Government is now on the right track because we must now emphasise prevention other than curative measures.
