I would like to thank Members of this House for supporting the Committee's Report on reduction of KeRRA ceilings and assure Members that the Committee that I head will ensure that resources meant for our roads are safeguarded. I know there are some Members who are asking about allocations for the Financial Year 2023/2024. The proposal to reduce the ceiling has not affected allocations for the Financial Year 2023/2024 and, therefore, the allocations still remain.
