(ii) deleting the term “bachelor’s” in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the term “master’s”; (iii)inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b); (ba) has served in a management level for a period of at least five years; (b) inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (2)— (2A) The Chief Executive Officer shall be the accounting officer of the Agency."}
