Tourism opened up in the 1980s because of âOut of Africaâ film. Why can we not use a film that could be done here to market Kenya? There are quite a number of films. The âConstant Gardenerâ was shot here and so many others. Unfortunately, we have not come up with proper incentive policies. I agree with Mr. ole Lankas that we need to harmonize some of these responsibilities. This will be done in the Tourism Bill which is coming very soon."}
