Everyone who follows what happens in the courts will know that there is such a case before a court. I know that in the purported paper that he has tabled – as my Whip has said – the last directive says that: “… a conservatory order is hereby issued restraining the respondents from deploying police officers to Haiti or any other country until 24th October 2023.” I believe today’s date is 16th November 2023. The Hon. Member claims that order has been extended. I want to see that particular extension which has not been tabled because this paper seems to have lapsed.
