However, I am not very happy because it is not really the inadequacy of the sources of water and facilities but the lack of the completion of projects. I have a list of stalled projects for the last years which include both boreholes and dams. I do not have to read them because there are more than ten projects. I can probably hand the list to the Assistant Minister. When will those projects be completed?"}
