For a long time, this country has suffered from inequitable distribution of resources. What is going to change this country is when everybody will have a very good road network, either within the constituencies or the newly created districts. Even as we speak, I can tell you that my own constituency, Sotik, does not have one single tarmacked road. I am sure you might talk about the roads that are going through to Kisii or Kericho. But I would not count them as being roads within my constituency. So, I wish to ask the Ministry that, as it distributes road networks across the country, it should consider areas where there are no roads."}
